Manathril Cards and Collectibles LLC Return Policy

We want our customers to enjoy shopping at Manathril Cards and Collectibles LLC, and we stand by the quality of the products we sell. However, due to the nature of collectible items, trading card singles, and event-based merchandise, all sales are subject to the following terms:
General Return Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase with original receipt and original packaging.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in resellable condition.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.
Sealed Product (TCGs, Board Games, Miniatures, etc.)
Unopened sealed product may be returned within 7 days for a full refund or store credit.
If the shrink wrap, seal, or tamper-evident sticker is broken, no return or refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on products we suspect have been tampered with or resealed.
Trading Card Singles
All sales are final on singles—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We do our best to verify condition and authenticity before sale. If you believe there is an error (wrong card, incorrect condition), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Resolution is at store discretion.
Accessories & Supplies (Sleeves, Dice, Deck Boxes, etc.)
Can be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging.
Used or damaged accessories are not eligible for return.
Event Entries
Event entries are non-refundable.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the event, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds or credit.
Online Orders & Pre-Orders
Online orders follow the same return rules as in-store purchases.
Pre-orders are final. If the product is delayed or allocated due to distributor shortages, we will communicate options—but no guarantees on fulfillment timelines.
Other Important Notes
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that violates this policy or appears fraudulent or abusive.
If a product is defective, we will assist with a manufacturer return or replacement, where applicable.
